You have a responsibility to safeguard the legal position of TenCate. You also try to minimise legal risks. Properly protecting and maintaining the contractual and (IP) rights of TenCate is also important; as an employee in the Legal department, you play a key role.

If you work in the HR department, you are responsible for managing the social progresses within the organisation, developing the organisation and shaping HR policy. The objective is to create a safe and motivating working environment for employees, providing opportunities for their personal development. Ultimately, your job is to ensure that people can make a difference.
